Stephanie Whitley, MEd, BCBA, LBA

Training and development has been at the core of each position in which Stephanie Whitley has been honored to serve over the past 20+ years. With each new experience she has found a new part of education and training that she am passion about. Over time her work has morphed and afforded me experience with content development and individualized instruction from working with learners in a special education classroom and applied behavior analysis (ABA) clinic to creating instructor led training (ILT) paired with coaching special education teachers across the nation, to providing virtual coaching to clinicians and developing e-learning and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) along with coaching sales team members and even providing virtual instruction for graduate students.

From school districts to private schools and clinics to start up edtech SaaS and B2B companies and a graduate program in a university setting, her passion for learning and development knows no bounds. Along the way she have managed complex projects associated with learning and development, and have hired, trained and managed staff.
