Vice President of Customer Success

Susan currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success for Rethink’s Virtual Sales Group. With over two decades of sales experience, Susan has worked in both the domestic and international markets holding positions previously at Cengage Learning, Pearson and ACT.

Although her experience primarily falls in the education sector, Susan has also worked in the clinical market and includes developing marketing automation programs and best practices for training and implementation.
